Omar Salgado Intenational Manufacturing

The Mexican federal government authorised in October 2009 the experimental sowing of transgenic corn. Scientist and NGO claimed risk of accepting genetically modified corn in Mexico due to the relevancy of being the country of origin. However, companies put emphasis on the benefits and its impact on productivity.
