Suasor Dexter which is Latin for “Councillors Honest” (The company name comes from the Latin: Dexter – working / honest and Suasor – counselor) is a company founded by four partners about a year ago who were working in a company Call Praxair. These four partners working in the area of Cutting and Welding of metals such as Market Development Engineer. Their work, among other activities, was to get new customers to the company in the metal mechanic sector and improve the quality of business with existing customers through the implementation of welding and cutting processes through the use of new technologies , which helped to make more profitable business.
The names of the Market Development Engineering are:

Each had a similar trajectory within Praxair, but all had different technical and commercial skills developed through work experience, which allowed them to supplement being able to develop a good team.
Because of the nature and interactions of their work, these four people identified in the Mexican market there is a great area of opportunity in the area of training and high quality consulting for companies that are within their production process welding and cutting activities and that there is a very big vacuum in the control and monitoring of these activities, generating companies have to incur unnecessary costs to perform those activities.
From these observations in different segments and companies was how did the business opportunity to exploit the abilities of each of the four partners to form a new company dedicated to consulting activities, training, qualification and certification of personnel for the area cutting and welding for different projects.
Once legally established, the company began operations with small consulting projects and sale of welding machines, this opened the need to open a trading company of welding machines and welding which was given the name of Advanced Welding Solutions.
The company continued to operate in a phased manner the first few months, until last approximately nine months of starting operations there emerged a new project with the Mexican Chamber of Construction Industry (CMIC). Dexter Suasor presented a draft to the House by which one of its institutions, the FIC (Foundation of the Construction Industry) would become the only Mexican agency with the ability to conduct audits, rate procedures, welders and certify qualified companies through the creation of the label ‘FIC’.
For this project, Dexter Suasor be the exclusive provider of all necessary equipment and personnel required to carry out certification services for projects and companies that require it, aiming in the medium term, this certification is mandatory for companies and construction projects Mexico, all supported by the CMIC.
On 21 December he signed a three-year contract between Dexter and CMIC Suasor to formalize the relationship, which gave the green light to start DxSr the National Welding Certification, which means a very big challenge for the company, as well as an opportunity to expand their operations, to ensure its position as the only company in Mexico capable of carrying out certification to establish its image in the industry and to support their growth and now operates only four employees / partners and orderly growth is needed to fully implement efficiently and effectively with the terms of the contract.
