Road Track
The Mexican subsidiary of Road Track participated in a Capstone Seminar for MBA Students at Monterrey Tech. The company gave a talk about its activities in Mexico and exposed to students current problems this company is having while operating in Mexico. After the talk, students were split into groups in order to analyse the exposed issues and by applying a systems thinking approach, they provided their suggestions and ideas for improvement to the subsidiary.
