As part of its Executive MBA, Tecnologico de Monterrey held a 2 days seminar in Medellin and Bogota Colombia about ‘International Business Environment and Regional Emerging Scenarios’ with the participation of Omar Salgado (Tecnologico de Monterrey), José Carlos Ramírez (Volkswagen de México) and Yongjiang Shi (University of Cambridge).

BA in Psychology from UPAEP, with degrees in Organizational Development (UDLAP) and Project Management (ITAM), graduated from the program in Business Management D1. IPADE.
Participante in professional development programs in the areas of management and organizational development in international institutions such as NTL / National Training and Leadership at Harvard University.

Since 1984 he has worked for Volkswagen of Mexico in the areas of Human Resources, Projects and Corporate Strategy vehicle has complied with international assignments for several years in VW Consortium subsidiaries in Germany and the United States.

He currently serves as Manager of Corporate Strategy
